Align & Flow is a 5-week yoga training exploring form, flow, and Universal Principles of Alignment. Over the span of five weeks, I'll be leading students through a range of lessons, and pairing them with 30-45min practices to integrate each lesson.


At the end of each week, students have the opportunity to join me for a live Q&A, where I'll answer questions and offer suggestions and recommendations. 


How many hours of content are there each week?

You will receive roughly 2-3 hours of pre-recorded content each week, plus a Q&A, and an optional live class on Friday, equalling 25 hours total. You can immerse yourself within the 5 weeks, or take as much time as you like to move through the material. 

Will I get Continuing Ed. credits for Yoga Alliance?

YES! This course will count for 25 CEU's with Yoga Alliance.

What if I can't make it live?

The majority of this course is pre-recorded for you to do on-demand; only the Q&A's will be live, and since you can submit questions ahead of time and the sessions will be recorded, you will get all the benefit, even if you can't come live. 

Who is this training for?

This training is specially designed to support yoga teachers and students alike who want to deepen their understanding of the physical practice of yoga, specifically alignment and flow. 

How long will I have access to the material for?

You will be able to access the entire course and all the videos for 1 year, so you can return to them as often as you like.

I'm a beginner, can I still do this training?

Absolutely! The language is inclusive and approachable for all levels of students. And since we're working on principles of alignment, they can be applied to any level of posture, no matter where you are on your journey.
